You’ll define the product vision and strategy from a member experience point of view, drive the development of product features that revolutionize user experience in the digital commerce environment by creating innovative, customer-first experiences
By leading the development of innovative chat platform and chatbots, you’ll create powerful customer engagement experiences for Future Pay members across various platforms and channels (online and offline)
You’ll drive high member engagement through continual process improvements in the Customer Service function which will enable smooth interactions, remove friction points from member experience, and enable seamless complaint resolution through chat and phone.
You’ll determine the metrics to evaluate user experience on Future Pay products and constantly track such metrics to reduce negative member experiences and to drive quality customer engagement
You’ll work with key stakeholders across Management, Business and Technology teams to evaluate and prioritize product features and to develop a robust consumer-centric product development strategy
